Veterinary Health Department (VHD)

Fragmented Grievance Reporting

Citizens faced challenges in reporting issues related to stray animals, leading to delayed responses and resolutions.

Lack of Centralized Data Management

Absence of a unified platform to manage sterilization, vaccination, and other welfare activities resulted in inefficiencies.

Limited Public Awareness

The general public had limited access to information regarding animal welfare programs and services.

The VHD's digital transformation now enables citizens to easily report issues, track the status of their complaints, and access information about ongoing programs and services, fostering a more informed and engaged community.
